Jane Feist

Jane worked for many years in administration & payroll at the RAF base. Now she runs our Payroll and oversees all the systems & procedures to keep us in line. When she's not looking after her husband and 3 children, you'll find her leading Guides in Gnosall.

Amanda Gledhill

Amanda has recently joined us to help Jane with the extra administration, as the business continues to expand. She has one daughter and two sons and has recently graduated with a degree in Child Psychology.

Kimberly Berrow

Kimberly has a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics. She worked in London for 5 years in the field of Statistics, until taking a break to raise a family. During this break, Kimberly took the opportunity to study bookkeeping, becoming a qualified member of The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. In her spare time she likes to plan her next holiday.

PJ Kaur

PJ ran her own sucessful bookkeeping business in Stafford for several years, until Rupert & Andy finally persauded her that she should join with them. PJ is our Quickbooks expert and is married with 2 boys.

Ray Summers

Ray has spent over 30 years working within the Public Sector including Staffordshire Police. Ray is CIPFA qualified and has a BA Hons in Business Administration. Ray is married with 2 children and likes to play golf in his spare time.

Derek Randles

Derek has worked in several practises over his career and specialises in tax legislation and planning. He is married with 3 children and 2 granchildren. For nearly half a century he's been a season-ticket holder at Old Trafford.

Rupert Carthy

Rupert spent his time before CarthyCrawford, within the pharmaceutical industry. Rupert’s business principles, learnt in Britain’s most successful industry, have left him well positioned to advise companies of all sizes on a variety of topics. Rupert is married with 2 children and is proud to support "The Baggies".

Andy Crawford

Andy Crawford has a B.Eng (Hons) from Loughborough University. He spent his time before retraining as an accountant working as European Procurement Manager for a blue chip organisation. Andy is married with 3 children and is Treasurer of Rising Brook Baptist Church.
